About Vaia
Vaia, also known as Vaia Space, is a modular workspace for team operations: time tracking, projects, leave and team calendars, people and org structure, documents, and accounting in one place.
Teams often keep hours in one tool, leave requests in another, and the org chart in a spreadsheet. Vaia gives employees, managers, and organisation owners one shared place for the day-to-day running of a team. Members track time and connect it to projects, managers review timesheets and leave requests, and each organisation sets its own leave types, policies, approval rules, roles, and permissions.
How Vaia works
- Modular. Each organisation turns on only the modules it needs and adds others as its needs change.
- Connected. Tracked time belongs to the projects it was spent on, and approved leave appears in a shared view of who is away.
- Permission-based. Organisation roles and permissions decide what each member can see and do.
- One account, several organisations. A person can belong to several organisations and switch between them; each keeps its own workspace and settings.
- Works with the tools you have. Sign in with Google, Microsoft, or a one-time email code, see busy time from Google Calendar or Outlook, and get notifications in Slack.
- Multilingual. The website and the application are available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Serbian, and Russian.
